It ranges from one-day fluency sessions for general staff to multi-week architecture programmes for engineers.

What's the difference between Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a ready-made AI assistant embedded in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, grounded in your organisation's own data. Copilot Studio is a separate low-code platform used to build custom copilots and agents that go beyond that built-in assistant, connecting to specific data sources and systems.

Do Cloudpilar Academy's Microsoft AI courses prepare you for a Microsoft certification exam?

Yes. AI Fluency for Every Employee prepares you for Microsoft's official AB-730 (AI Business Professional) exam, and Drive AI Transformation in Your Organisation prepares you for AB-731 (AI Transformation Leader). The Microsoft exam fee is paid separately to Microsoft and is not included in the Cloudpilar course price.

Is Azure AI training included in Microsoft Copilot training?

Copilot fluency courses (AB-730, AB-731) and Copilot Studio courses don't require Azure skills. For the Azure AI and Azure OpenAI layer specifically — model selection, grounding, connecting Azure AI Foundry into a real workflow — see week 4 of AI Automation & Agentic Business Systems (ABS-01), aimed at builders comfortable picking up new tools rather than general staff.
