Stage 1 · from £3,500

Stage 2 · from £4,500 / cohort
Two parallel tracks delivered together, built on the official Microsoft courses: AB-730T00 — Transform business workflows with generative AI for employees, and AB-731T00 — Drive AI transformation in your organization for leadership — plus identifying real automation and agent opportunities for the business teams that will use them. Both are verifiable on Microsoft Learn and lead to named Microsoft certifications.
Stage 3 · 4–6 weeks · from £8,000
One real use case taken from idea to a working pilot, with an AI champions programme and the governance framework from Stage 2 applied in practice — not left as a policy document nobody reads.
Stage 4 · from £1,500
Productivity and quality measurement, a cost/ROI review, and a formal recommendation — scale, adjust or stop — with handover documentation either way.
